Compliance Services Include
- Managing and fast tracking all required building consents and permits, including Change of Use Building Consents, and Certificates of Public Use.
- Determining Compliance for your project and expediting the Council consent process.
- Providing Commercial and Building Regulatory interpretation and representation.
- Undertaking full Commercial and Construction Compliance Assessments including Due Diligence; Feasibility Reports; Risk Assessments.
- Overseeing required NZ Fire Service Approvals.
- Advising and assisting with District Plan and Resource Management Act compliance requirements.
- Managing required commercial consents, including Retail Signage Permits, Liquor Licensing Services, Health Permits, and Commercial Trade Waste Permits.
