It is the policy of Solutions Team to ensure that it has systems in place to receive, evaluate and manage complaints and compliments in a timely manner that relate to building control functions. All complaints and compliments are given a “high” level of priority to ensure an effective level of timely response to customers. Remedies and solutions will be recorded against the issues raised.
